One of my goals this month was to improve my skin, so I am doing just that!
I haven’t overly reduced the amount of makeup that I wear as I only really wear a little bit of powder on my face, however I have changed my taking off routine.
I don’t really use wipes anymore, unless if I am feeling really lazy (which is the main problem I have when it comes to my skin so I only have one pack that I purposely misplace to force me to use my other products).
First of all I start off with my Garnier Micellar Cleansing Gel Wash, which is absolutely amazing! You simply just wash your face with warm water and then use the gel almost like a soap and it removes everything (even eyeliner and mascara!).
Then I go on to use my The Body Shop Tea Tree 3-in-1 Wash Scrub Mask . Twice a week I will scrub this on and leave for 5-10 minutes to use as a mask, however every morning and evening I will scrub my face and rinse with warm water, leaving it all soft and lovely!
After using the 3-in-1, I softly pat on The Body Shop Tea Tree Anti-Imperfection Daily Solution to my whole face, mainly focusing on my T-Zone using up to 3 drops (anymore is too much!)
Daytime I will use Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser before applying my makeup.
Then every other night I will use The Body Shop Tea Tree Anti-Imperfection Night Mask, which is left on over night and then rinsed off in the morning.
Another thing which I am desperately trying to do is to drink a lot more water!
At the moment my skin isn’t looking great, but it has to get worse before it gets better and hormones definitely aren’t helping this journey! But we will get there one day, I’m just telling myself all the rubbish and gunk has to come out first…
